The Luke Wenke Files

For several months now, Luke Wenke has accused this website of sharing legally protected personal information about him. This is untrue. I don’t have access to Wenke’s sealed case files, and any civilian can obtain the documents that I share. But in addition to being incorrect in his assessment of my website’s legality, Luke Wenke is a hypocrite, plain and simple.

For years prior to the launching of this website, Luke Wenke smeared my name frequently and in a very public fashion. This was done mainly in the form of damaging social media posts containing blatant, completely made-up lies about my character, legal record, and personal life.

Wenke has also carried out his smear campaigns from behind bars. In addition to writing letters about me to a local YouTuber, admittedly KNOWING that person would read the letters during their podcast (the podcaster is a good guy who shared the letters for the right reasons, so I don’t fault him for any of this, and I’m glad he shared the material), Wenke wrote letters that he arguably likely knew would be posted to his court file on PACER.

Luke Wenke Knows PACER, But Feigns Ignorance.

If you’re unfamiliar, PACER is a publicly accessible federal court records database. Anyone can sign up, and the government allows users to obtain a certain amount of free records quarterly (I think $30 worth, but don’t quote me).

In same cases, fee exemptions are granted. I was exempt from PACER fees by court order for two years while Luke Wenke faced multiple probation violation charges. The exemption ended when Wenke’s previous criminal case was officially closed, and the court has not responded to my request for a fee exemption for Wenke’s current cyberstalking case. And that’s fine — but if I’m going to pay for these overpriced records, I’m definitely going to share them, because I think it’s important for these documents to be easily accessible and the money feels less wasted.

As evidenced by the following screenshots, Luke Wenke has doxxed, threatened to doxx, and threatened to leak and/or misuse sensitive personal information about his victims with the apparent intention of causing unwanted contact and other problems for those individuals.
