Obtained through New York State’s freedom of information laws, the documents below consist of Luke Wenke’s booking sheet and correspondence log from the Chautauqua County Jail, where he was detained from June 20th, 2023 to August 10th, 2023 for allegedly violating the conditions of his supervised release.
Although he was already locked up for sending unwanted correspondence to his victims, Wenke didn’t let jail stop him from continuing to send mail to various people, including a victim who had recently taken out a no-contact order of protection against him. The mail logs below reflect some of the letters he allegedly sent in violation of the protective order.
