I prefer to leave family out of my interpersonal battles, but in this case, I don’t seem to have much of a choice. My stalker and his mother are a package deal, and they seem to force their way into people’s lives regardless of whether someone wants to be graced by their presence.
In my experience, my stalker’s mother immerses herself in her son’s infantile drama, then pretends that she was targeted in an unprovoked fashion while acting like someone has committed the unthinkable by having unkind words for her. Despite all this, I try to maintain a baseline level of respect by withholding a lot of the information I know, NOT sharing certain records and screenshots, and by withholding my raw opinions about all things pertaining to said person.
Luke Wenke recently claimed in a letter to the federal courthouse in Buffalo that I’m “under” a cease and desist order administered by his mother. This is untrue, as I have not been served with a cease and desist order. I’ve moved multiple times since Wenke and his mommy last knew my address, including to another country.
I keep my mailing address the same because I don’t want Wenke and his mommy finding out where I live, but in their minds, this apparently means that I’m still at that household and that I’m going to be there forever. And that’s fine, because maybe it’ll distract them from figuring out where I really am.
In January, the occupants at my mailing address received a notice to pick up a certified letter addressed to me. The return address belonged to Wenke’s mother, however, and, like I’ve said countless times, I want zero contact. This has been my goal all along. I just want to be left the fuck alone, but Wenke and the Foot Soldier won’t knock the bullshit off.
I’ve gone to stupid lengths to avoid being harangued by those two, including not registering to vote because Wenke allegedly has a history of finding victims’ addresses through voter registration records. I did not vote in the last presidential election, even though I wanted to, because I’m sick of moving all the time to feel safe from the stalking. And despite these efforts to be left alone, those two still find ways to get to me.
The Foot Soldier isn’t a bystander. She’s a key component of this convoluted freak show that her son has been putting on for many years and counting.
After his arrest on December 17th, Luke Wenke called me relentlessly from the Monroe County Jail, where he’s currently in custody amid an ongoing cyberstalking case. Wenke knows damn well that I want zero contact. The police have told him, the judge who oversaw his previous cyberstalking case told him, his probation officer told him, and he even signed a document agreeing not to contact me (and did not follow it but was not punished for violating it).
One can reasonably presume, therefore, that Luke Wenke remained aware of my desire for no contact when he began blowing up my phone from jail two months ago. After receiving over a dozen unwanted calls, I figured out how to block further calls from the facility. Lo and behold, the people at my mailing address received a certified letter notice from Wenke’s mommy just days later. I’m guessing Wenke sent his ankle-biting guard dog after me when he realized he would not be able to reach me by phone.
In late January, not long after I returned the certified letter to sender without opening it, I saw that Luke Wenke had filed a federal lawsuit accusing me of depriving him of his civil rights while acting in my capacity as a U.S. government employee. The documents state that I work for “federal probation,” but I’ve never held a government job, nor do I want to. My involvement in Wenke’s criminal cases has been more than enough interaction with government personnel for a lifetime, because unlike Wenke, I don’t enjoy meddling with the authorities as a hobby.
Long story short, I think this lawsuit is Wenke’s latest way of harassing me after other options were made unavailable to him. And it only further convinces me that he’s never going to leave me alone, regardless of whether my website exists or whether I react to his behavior.
